We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or Freight Forwarding Companies.

Harley Street Delivery Types
Standard Delivery – £4.75
It’s pretty simple, if you place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday, we’ll aim to get it to you within 3-5 working days – Royal Mail/delivery service permitting. You will need to sign for your delivery, so please make sure you are home. We do not deliver to post boxes. Please allow a further 1-2 working days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Consider yourselves fashionably late.
Guaranteed next day delivery orders must be received by 11 am and will be sent by Royal Mail at a charge of £9.00. Again you will need to sign for your package so please make sure someone is there to receive it.
Overseas Deliveries overseas will also be sent by tracked mail and may be subject to a higher cost depending on weight. You may be asked to pay import duties in your country of residence. We do not ship to the USA.
As some orders may weight more than the standard shipping permits the cost maybe higher. If this is the case we will advise you before sending.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
This policy sets out your right to cancel your contract for the purchase of products from a Seller who has listed their products for sale with Harley Street Emporium.
1 Right To Cancel
1.1. We have explained below how you can exercise your rights to cancel your contract.
1.2. You have a right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (whether or not the products are faulty). For subscription boxes please see section 5.
1.3. The cancellation period will start on the day you place your order and will end 14 days after you have taken physical possession of the goods.
1.4. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement via email. You can use the cancellation form attached at the bottom of this policy, but it is not compulsory. We can be contacted at via email: email@example.com
1.5. To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
2 Effects Of Cancellation
2.1. If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs arising if you choose an enhanced delivery option other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
2.2. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will not reimburse for damaged packaging or opened goods.
2.3. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than –
2.3.1. 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
2.3.2. (if earlier), 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
2.3.3. if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
2.4. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
2.5. You agree to send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us that you wish to cancel. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days expires.
2.6. You will have to bear the cost of shipping the goods to the Seller, we will not reimburse for the costs of your shipping and you must be able to prove you have shipped the products in order to obtain a refund.
2.7. You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from your handling of the goods if that handling goes further than is necessary in order for you to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3 Where You Do Not Have a Right to Cancel
3.1. Where goods are bespoke or made to order, or have been personalised to your requirements or if the goods are perishable or have a hygiene element then you will not be entitled to cancel the contract unless the goods are defective.
3.2. Your right is to cancel your entire order in the case of goods which are not faulty and we reserve the right to refuse partial cancellations or returns for goods which are not faulty.
4 Faulty Products
4.1. You have the right to return faulty products provided you inform us within a reasonable time. If the products are faulty you must let us know as soon as possible and within 30 days of discovering the fault. If the fault is reasonably apparent on delivery you will not have a right to return the products if you do not inform us within 30 days of delivery.
5 Subscription boxes
5.1 Each box subscription is for these purposes a single order forming part of a regular delivery of goods, so you can only cancel a box subscription and receive a refund within fourteen days of receiving your first monthly box.
5.2 You can cancel your subscription at any time, but it is only if you do it within this initial fourteen day period after your initial subscription that you will be entitled to a refund – this is ‘the cooling off period’ as required by UK legislation known as the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
5.3 To cancel your order, you must inform Harley Street Emporium by email, to firstname.lastname@example.org giving us your name, address and order reference.
5.4 If you initial order has already been dispatched you must return the products to Harley Street Emporium within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation in the same condition in which you receive them and at your own cost and risk.
5.5 Harley Street Emporium has a right to deduct from your refund amount any reduction in value of the products caused by your handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. Damaged or opened products will not be refunded.
5.6 If you cancel an order within the fourteen-day cancellation period (see above), we will refund you as soon as possible and within fourteen days of the day of our receipt of the returned products or within 14 days of the day you provide evidence of having sent the products back to us.
5.7 Harley Street Emporium will refund the price of undamaged products in full excluding the cost of delivery incurred by you.
5.8 Where possible we will refund the purchase price using the same same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If that is not possible we may ask for your bank account details so we can transfer the money directly. Any information you supply will be guarded under the data protection act and we will not share any details with any third parties.
